RockSlide 1.0 Released

RockSlide is an arcade/puzzle game where “rocks” enter from the left in a timed fashion. Rocks must be removed by clicking on similar groups before the pile slides to the right side of the screen.

RockSlide has three levels of difficulty, multiple backgrounds, multiple rock “Themes”, an Internet Highscore board, and can be run windowed or full-screen.

It is like a faster paced version of RockGarden.

Version 1.0 is now available at http://www.walker-games.com/rockslide for Mac OS 10.3 and later and Windows 98SE and later.

I have downloaded both “Rock Garden” and “Rock Slide” Neither of which will run on my Power Mac G4 (mirrored doors) running Mac OS X v10.4.2. They just do not do anything at all except that the icon zooms out as though it was launching but then… NOTHING.

You can check the Console (Applications->Utilities->Console), but I’d imagine something is wrong with your Java installation. Try using a tool like “OnyX” (http://www.titanium.free.fr/english.html) or “Cocktail” (http://www.macosxcocktail.com/) to update the pre-binding and fix permissions.
